Return and Refunds

 

Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are only offered on select items. 

To find out if an item is eligible for return, feel free to contact me prior to purchase.

Due to their delicate nature the following are non refundable:

Murderabila or other historical memorabilia. 

Preserved specimen’s.

Blood pendant kits 

In the case of a individual component of the blood pendant kit being damaged,  it will be our pleasure to exchange it.

 

Furthmore, If an item is deemed returnable the buyer will be responsible for the return cost. If the item is in the original condition when we receive It, we will fully refund the original payment amount minus the restocking fee and original shipping cost.
