We use Stripe and PayPal as our secured payment gateway to process all payments

Processing

Most orders are shipped out within one to three business days after order placed and payment received.

The blood pendant sterling and standard sets currently have a lead time of five to ten business days.

Cancellations 

 

Since it is our priority to process and ship orders as fast as possible, We currently do not accept cancellations. 

 

Shipping
 

Most items are shipped USPS Priority or first class. In the case an item is shipped regular mail a tracking number will be provided at no additional cost. 

International shipping - Due to customer demand, we have enabled international shipping on all our items. It is our understanding that laws on specific shipments vary from country to country. Please be aware of your country’s import laws for the item you are intending to purchase. We cannot be responsible for customs seizing any restricted items, delays, import fees, duties and taxes.

 

Layaway
 

You may contact to set up layaway in some instances. We will require a 50 percent down payment and you are given 60 days to pay off the remaining balance. If balance due is not paid in full within 60 days the item will be relisted.

We will not and do not refund any amount if you fault on contract.
